We keep your information only for as long as we need it. Client and treatment records are normally kept for up to 7 years after your last appointment, to meet our insurance and legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. Financial records are kept for 6 years, as required by law.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We take appropriate steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Paper records are stored securely, and this website is protected by HTTPS. Please remember that email is not always secure, so avoid sending sensitive information by email.

  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
